As the Deputy Postmaster-General, Business and Regional Operations, Mrs. Hamilton-Brown provides strategic leadership and oversight critical to the ongoing transformation of the Post and Telecommunications Department (Jamaica Post). In her capacity, Mrs. Hamilton-Brown focuses on the development of business and regional operations, leveraging partnerships and market expansion.

With over twenty (20) years in the industry, Mrs. Hamilton-Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that have been invaluable in supporting the modernization of the postal service in Jamaica. The Deputy Postmaster-General has been instrumental in several major projects, of note are the successful introduction of multiple premium mailing services, the major renovation of several postal locations and the growing digital build-out of the organization.
